Job Description:
A loving and professional family based near Central Park is seeking a dedicated and energetic nanny to care for their two wonderful children, (3 years old and 1.5 years old). The family values flexibility, autonomy, and high professional standards, treating their nanny with respect and integrity. This role involves not only caring for the children but also engaging them in enriching activities, preparing meals, and managing light household duties related to the kids. With plans to move to Bronxville next Spring/Summer, the ideal candidate should be willing to accompany the family during this transition.

- Start Date: Flexible
- Desired Nanny Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 8 AM - 6 PM; Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM
- Language Requirements: English (additional languages a plus)
- Minimum Qualifications/Certifications Desired: CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Desired Nanny Experience Level: Experience with at least one family for multiple years
- Live-In or Live-Out Preference: Live-out
- Salary Range: $1,500 - $1,750 per week

- Specific Household Duties:
 - Prepare lunch and dinner for the children
 - Clean up after the children, including loading and unloading the dishwasher
 - Manage children's laundry, including folding and organizingÂ
 - Grocery shopping for children's needs, if necessary

- Desired Nanny Qualities:
 - Kind, loving, and patient with a genuine passion for caring for children
 - Punctual and reliable, with a high energy level to keep up with toddlers
 - A proactive "doer" with a "can-do" attitude, able to partner with the family in raising their kids
 - Supportive in teaching the children to read and write as they grow
 - No screen time policy for the kids, with an emphasis on engaging communication with parents
 - Minimize personal phone use during working hours to ensure full attention on the children
 - Capable of taking initiative and working independently without micromanagement
 - Valid driver’s license and ability to drive children when needed
