Key Responsibilities:

• Provide loving and attentive care, ensuring a safe and engaging environment.

• Prepare nutritious homemade baby food, emphasizing fresh ingredients.

• Manage baby laundry, clean feeding equipment, and maintain an organized nursery.

• Regularly disinfect toys and keep diaper supplies fully stocked.

• Engage Rishi in outdoor activities and developmental play, such as attending music classes or visits to the library (weather permitting).

• Maintain a consistent schedule for naps, feeding, and bedtime routines.

• Foster language development by reading to Rishi and promoting creative interaction.

• Assist with light household tasks related to childcare, such as unloading groceries or managing baby-related cleaning.

Candidate Requirements:

• Start Date: Immediate.

• Schedule: 8 AM – 6 PM, with reduced hours on Fridays.

• Preferred Age: Candidates younger than 60 are preferred.

• Gender: Female preferred.

• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Telugu or Hindi is a bonus.

• Experience: At least 4-5 years of experience with infants, particularly those under one year.

• Certifications: CPR certification is required or a willingness to obtain it.

• Compensation: Starting at $30/hour, with flexibility for the right candidate.
